1v1 Private lessons

One on one instruction to help players achieve their personal goals and maximize their role on their team.


During this time we will help players on specific areas of their development, with more focus on the areas of struggle. Our private sessions are also designed to help players prepare during off season, or players returning from injury. 

small group fitness

Typically range in size from 4 to 6 players. Small group training will be used to reinforce and re-teach specific details providing a smaller player-to-coach ratio. You will have the choice to sign up with your own small group, or we can place you on an age-specific group.

Founder & Lead Trainer


Futbol has always been a part of my life. I've spent the last 10 years coaching competitively in New York City and currently in Northern California. During this time I've coached boys and girls teams from U8-U19. I aspire to aid every player to polish their strengths and refine their areas of improvement. I'm passionate about developing players to become more of a "complete player". I truly admire hard work, dedication, commitment, and I cannot wait to share with you all my knowledge to help transform you into the best version of yourself.

  • Previously coached at Menlo School as Head Coach of Girls' Varsity.

  • Coached at a club level at Burlingame SC, Manhattan SC, New York Fusion SC, DeAnza Force, Force North, Quakes Girls' Academy & Star Academy FC. 

Coaching Education

  • U.S Soccer Federation B License 

  • NSCAA National Diploma. 

  • Master's in Kinesiology at Fresno Pacific University (in progress)


I really enjoy these sessions because I definitely have benefited from them tremendously. All the drills are focused for us to become stronger in the technical, physical, and mental aspect of the game. Each and every week I am so excited to go train and feel that the environment that was created for us to work and grow in as players is very focused but also supportive.
